(May 22, 2023) – U-Haul Holding Company (NYSE: UHAL, UHAL.B), the parent company of U-Haul International, Inc., Oxford Life Insurance Company, Repwest Insurance Company and Amerco Real Estate Company, announced that it is rescheduling the date of the release of its fourth quarter fiscal 2023 financial results to Tuesday, May 30, 2023 after the close of market trading. The Company will conduct its conference call and webcast at 8 a.m. Arizona Time (11 a.m. ET) on Wednesday, May 31, 2023.
